Our vision is of a vibrant and resilient Carrboro where residents enjoy and benefit from healthy waterways, stormwater is managed and conveyed efficiently, nature-based solutions are integrated with development, and groundwater, wetlands, streams, lakes, and coastal waters are restored and reconnected with their natural ecological patterns.
